The main motto of the business seminar which took place from the 26-th of July till the 7-th of August 2009 under the Bank “Santander’s ” support in Babson College can be defined as: “Entrepreneurship as a way of thinking, acting, that is opportunity obsessed and leadership balanced”. Organizers of the activity are sure that “entrepreneurship is not only an academic discipline but also an attitude and a life style”.
According to American business edition “U.S. News & World Report” Babson College occupies the first place for the 12-th time in the rating of educational institutions where entrepreneurship is taught. Recently the college has got a prestigious Theodore M. Hesburgh Award for Reinvention of Undergraduate Business Education.
All the programme was thought carefully and well-planned. Education consisted of theoretical and practical parts. The practical one was a role game in which students formed groups (usually 5-6 persons). The last task was to make one’s own business-plan and to prepare its presentation.
